- Conference Calls (Phone Bridge Conferencing)
- Why travel to a meeting across town or across state when you can connect several people in various locations, via conference call, using a bridge line?
- If you have 2 - 6 participants, reserve a “conference call bridge” by contacting the DTI Service Desk at 302-739-9560 or dti_servicedesk@state.de.us.

- DocumentDirect - formerly referred to as MOBIUS
- DocumentDirect offers the convenience of accessing batch reports online, which are run on a programmed schedule. The reports are available to be viewed and/or printed the morning after being run.
- Why print a 125-page report if you only need pages 5 and 83?
- Why wait for your printed report to be delivered when it may be out of date by the time it reaches you?

Green IT: Document Direct reduces paper printing and paper waste.
- e-Payment Solution
- State of Delaware organizations (agencies/school districts/entities) can securely accept credit card payments through their own web sites.

- Exchange Fax Service (EFS) - formerly referred to as Genifax
- Exchange Fax Service (EFS) offers functionality integrated with Microsoft’s Exchange email, enabling a user to send and receive faxes from their desktop. This service provides an efficient alternative to separate, stand-alone fax equipment.
- By replacing fax machines with EFS, a fax communication is transmitted to or from an individual’s email, in an electronic format. This improves document management and workflow, compliance with internal security requirements through secure transmission options, online reading, ability to respond quickly, archival capabilities, and can reduce paper usage.

Green IT: EFS eliminates paper faxes and fax equipment, and reduces energy consumption.
- Green Hardware Deployment (Server Virtualization)
Green IT: Consolidating your server needs by using a virtual server, instead of a physical machine, saves significant power.
- Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
- WSUS enables network administrators to deploy the latest Microsoft product updates to Microsoft Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP operating systems. By using Windows Server Update Services, you can fully manage the distribution of updates, that are released through Microsoft Update, to computers in your network.

- Virtual Private Network (SSL-VPN)

- WebEx (webinar service)
- Use WebEx for on-demand collaboration, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications.
