Delaware Acting CIO: Jordan Schulties

Jordan Schulties was appointed Acting CIO for the Delaware Department of Technology and Information (DTI) by Governor Matt Meyer in January 2026. She joined DTI in 2022 as the Chief Administrative Officer, bringing extensive experience in public administration and financial management.

Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to joining DTI, she served as Director of the Division of Small Business and Chair of the Delaware Economic Development Authority, where she led statewide efforts to support economic growth and business development.

Her leadership and expertise in strategic operations and fiscal oversight continue to strengthen Delaware’s technology initiatives.
