The State of Delaware provides an Acceptable Use Policy which defines the acceptable use of various technologies in our professional lives in service to our citizens. All State of Delaware employees are required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and government regulations.
The Department of Technology and Information (DTI) in Delaware is responsible for cyber security for all three branches of government and the entire K-12 public and charter school network. We are fortunate to provide direct education and assistance to nearly all governmental and educational organizations, but at the same time, we are charged with ensuring that two very large complicated networks stay secure.
