The Department of Technology and Information’s (DTI) Procurement Office is the liaison between the Department and the Vendor Community to deliver products and services at the best value and in the best interest of the State.  The Procurement Office oversees all DTI contracts and facilitates the procurement process on behalf of the Department.

The State of Delaware maintains a central Bid Solicitation Directory for RFPs, ITBs and RFIs.
At this time, DTI does not maintain a preferred vendor listing. All interested vendors have the option of enrolling in the Delaware Notification Service to receive email alerts for potential business opportunities.
