Vendor Information

The Department of Technology and Information’s (DTI) Procurement Services Team is the liaison between DTI and the vendor community to deliver products and services at the best value and in the best interest of the State.  The team oversees select vendor agreements, all DTI competitive contracts, and facilitates the procurement process on behalf of the Department.

Vendor Registration

The DTI Procurement Portal is used to facilitate the bid process and maintain our contract repository. Existing as well as interested vendors are encouraged to submit a new vendor registration to receive notifications for upcoming DTI bid advertisements.

Go to DTI Procurement Portal.

Supplier Diversity Action Plan

DTI is committed, to the maximum extent possible, to supporting the statewide goals for supplier diversity. This plan will be assessed on an annual basis.

Contracts

DTI contracts can be found on our DTI Managed Contracts page. All publicly advertised contract information can be found on the Delaware MyMarketplace.
