Technology Business Management

The Technology Business Management (TBM) team delivers transparency, accountability, and measurable value for DTI’s technology investments. We integrate project, portfolio, financial, and process management to help DTI plan, deliver, and demonstrate the value of technology services for state agencies and the Delawareans they serve.

Goals & Objectives
  • Improve IT cost transparency, accuracy, and financial insight.
  • Strengthen process and policy maturity across DTI.
  • Enhance service catalogue, rate structures, and cost recovery integrity.
