Office of the Chief Information Officer
The Office of the CIO consists of the CIO’s team who take the lead in enabling excellence in the State of Delaware’s Information Technology management structure.
Office of Administration
The Office of Administration is responsible for the oversight and management of the Department of Technology and Information’s (DTI) administrative support functions to achieve the agency’s short and long term strategic goals. These functions include finance, budget, purchasing, personnel, and contract administration.
Office of the Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Office works to develop processes to effectively utilize IT resources and personnel within the department and statewide.
Office of the Chief Technology Officer
The Chief Technology Office is accountable for the successful implementation of major IT projects.
Office of the Chief of Partner Services
The Chief of Partner Services is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to enhance customer experience and enterprise service delivery.
Office of the Chief Security Officer
The DTI Security Office provides leadership in the areas of Security, Disaster Recovery, and Continuity of Government.
