Chief Information Office
The Chief Information Office leads DTI in enabling excellence in the State of Delaware’s Information Technology management structure.
Administration Office
The Administration Office is responsible for the oversight and management of the Department of Technology and Information’s (DTI) administrative support functions to achieve the agency’s short and long term strategic goals. These functions include finance, budget, purchasing, personnel, and contract administration.
Operations Office
The Operations Office works to develop processes to effectively utilize IT resources and personnel within the department and statewide.
Technology Office
The Technology Office is accountable for the successful implementation of major IT projects.
Partner Services Office
The Partner Services Office is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to enhance customer experience and enterprise service delivery.
Security Office
The Security Office provides leadership in the areas of Security, Disaster Recovery, and Continuity of Government.
