Request to Add a New Service to Go DE
If you believe your agency has goods or services that would be appropriate to add to Go DE, please let us know! To initiate this, please complete the Go DE – Digital Government Requests Form available in ServiceNow.
Go DE Help or Support
State Agencies and Organizations
Go DE has its own Platform Status page that allows subscription: you can receive notification of schedule maintenance, as well as outages (UAT and Production). If you visit the Status page and notice all systems are operational but need to report issues for your agency users or applications, please DO NOT call the DTI Service Desk, but use the Go DE Agency Support Form to report the issue.
Agency users needing help with a Go DE-related issue, please use the Go DE Agency Support Form available in ServiceNow. (If that link does not open correctly, please visit the DTI State Agencies Portal. Use the Service Request tile to reach the ServiceNow IT Self-Service Portal and search “Go DE Agency support” to find and open the request.)
Residents and Visitors
Go DE provides a Support Request Form located on the “Need to open a support ticket?” page for users to get help with any Go DE-related issue.
